I was born in Oregon and raised in Washington. I have spent most of my life in the Pacific Northwest. On my father’s side, I am the fifth generation to be born in the Pacific Northwest.I have had two careers in my life. Straight out of high school I attended the University of Portland and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I worked for over ten years in the field. I completed projects in hydroelectric, pulp and paper, semiconductor and the microbeer industries.I got my second Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Portland State University. As a software engineer I have worked for employers in the aerospace, semiconductor and education industries.Currently I am “working from home” from outside of Portland, Oregon.
